Requirements:

Esthetician Diploma holders of ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, or equivalent will be an added advantage.

Minimum 3 years experience as a therapist/ beautician is a plus
-
Well-groomed with a pleasant personality

Good communication and service attitude
-
Able to speak English, Bahasa, and Mandarin
Position: Beauty Consultant

Jobs scope:

Demonstrate and promote skincare products to achieve sales targets.

Ensure smooth operations for all daily tasks for the store
-
Build a regular base of customers on which follow-up is fundamental.

Maintenance of counter, merchandise & display and ensure alignment with brand image.

Demonstrate excellent customer service
-
Support and responsible for the stock holding and shrinkages in stores

Monitoring of stock holding level and ensuring physical stock corresponds to computerized records

Conduct Weekly, and monthly stock counts for stores.

Perform housekeeping duties.
Requirements:

Position: Store Manager/Supervisor

Jobs scope:
A. Leadership
-
Maintaining a positive attitude in the shop at all times.
-
Ensuring that the shop is operating at its full potential. Overseeing store's operations daily.
-
Answering questions and concerns from Junior and New Staff.
-
Handling customer complaints and concerns. Direct liaison with the Customer service team in the event of product exchanges.
-
Ensuring that client lead details are properly keyed into the respective database.
-
Ensuring VIP data is properly keyed in and maintained.
-
Closely monitoring the use of testers in the outlet to ensure loss of stock is minimized while maximizing sales.
-
Ensuring that the company’s rules are strictly adhered to in the outlet. Enforcement by penalizing those who break the company’s rules.
B. Organization & Roles
-
Maintaining a clean and tidy shop environment.
-
Ensuring that beauty devices and tools are always sanitized and properly charged.
-
Ensuring the morning and evening stock count is accurate.
-
Ensuring credit card terminals are always settled and POS system is reconciled.
-
Hosting morning meetings to create a daily sales strategy with other staff to maximize the day.

Creating weekly or monthly ad-hoc incentives for the team members to push them to achieve their cutoff targets.

Ensuring facial services are done to the high-quality standard of the company and that no complaints due to poor service occur.
C. Sales
-
Assisting New and Junior Beauty Advisor's with their sales.
-
Training new staff to be effective in closing deals and up selling.

Generating continual sales daily.
-
Achieving the monthly and cutoff personal target as assigned.

Selling facial and body packages to new and existing clients
-
Promoting new facial and body services to all clients to get them into the shop and generate daily sales.

Promoting online sales to clients unable to come to the shops or are outside of KL.
Requirements:
